• These repairs require an essential counter-expertise in our factory in Japan. The airbag undergoes a thorough diagnosis, after which our experts proceed to completely restore the equipment - according to the identified anomalies.

• Average lead time: 8 to 10 weeks - from the moment the vest leaves our offices for the Japanese workshop.

=> This lead time includes the time required for a more detailed assessment of the vest, repairs, product testing, quality checks, as well as the incompressible transport times between France and Japan.

Should your vest be out of use for an extended period, we can provide you with a loan vest so that you can continue to be protected for the duration of the repairs to your equipment. To do this, simply request it in your after-sales service form and enclose a security deposit cheque for €495 made out to BBR with your package. We will send you your loan vest upon receipt of your security deposit cheque.

However, please note that cleaning the vest has certain limitations. Stubborn stains that have been ingrained for a long time may persist despite the care we take in cleaning your vest.

Yes, if you purchased your airbag from one of our retailers. Only airbag vests purchased from our retailers or on our website are eligible for our after-sales service.
