IN-DEPTH DIAGNOSIS with the following tests:

Internal membrane: Test under deployment conditions

• • Verification of pressure resistance, maximum deployment volume, inflation duration, and air evacuation time via the relief valve

Casing: Check the following points

• • absence of traces of corrosion/rust that could interfere with the proper deployment of the airbag
  • the firing pin is not twisted, that it rearms easily, etc.
  • The general condition of the seams, snap fasteners, etc.
